Refund policy

1. No Cancellations / Refunds

We do not accept cancellations or refunds once an order has been delivered.

• Please double-check your order details (size, color, and address) before checkout.

2. Returns Within 7 Days

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item:

• Has not been worn, washed, or sprayed with perfume
• Remains unused and in its original packaging
• Is shipped back at the buyer’s expense

Please note: No refunds. Approved returns may be exchanged or credited toward future purchases.

3. Replacements for Damaged Items
We only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To be eligible:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging as proof
• Once verified, we will send a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
• If the item is no longer available, store credit may be issued.
