Refund policy

1. No Cancellations / Refunds

We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns once an order has been delivered.

  • Please double-check your order details (size, color, and address) before checkout.

2. Replacements for Damaged Items

We only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To be eligible:

  1. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging as proof.
  3. Once verified, we will send a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).

If the item is no longer available, store credit may be issued.

3. Incorrect Sizes / Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Wrong sizes ordered
    • Change of mind
    • Minor variations in print or color (due to lighting or screen differences)
