What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
IMPORTANT RETURN POLICY:
1. Make sure that the return item(s) is in the SAME ziplock Essnce pouch.
2. Tag should be intact and has not been removed
3. All freebies (stickers, etc.) in the pouch should be included.
4. Items should not be worn, washed or smell like perfume.
*any returned items that did not follow the policies above will automatically be subjected to cancelled return as these products cannot be sold anymore
