Shipping Policy
All orders ship within 1-2 business days of being placed.
Transit Estimates (After Shipping)
- NCR/CALABARZON: 1–4 days
- Others: 3–12 days
Note: Delays may occur during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to courier issues.
1. Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS.
2. Failed Deliveries & Redelivery Requests
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery and you request redelivery, the shipping fee must be paid twice — once to cover the original failed attempt, and once for the new shipment. This ensures we can recover courier costs and continue offering reliable service.
3. Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by couriers or customs
- Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
However, if your parcel appears lost or stuck in transit, contact us and we’ll help coordinate with the courier.
Return & Refund Policy
1. No Cancellations / Refunds
We do not accept cancellations or refunds once an order has been delivered.
- Please double-check your order details (size, color, and address) before checkout.
2. Returns Within 7 Days
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item:
- Has not been worn, washed, or sprayed with perfume
- Remains unused and in its original packaging
- Is shipped back at the buyer’s expense
Please note: No refunds. Approved returns may be exchanged or credited toward future purchases.
3. Replacements for Damaged Items
We only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.
To be eligible:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging as proof
- Once verified, we will send a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
- If the item is no longer available, store credit may be issued.
